BluFrog Network TERMS OF SERVICE

BluFrog Network is a network of profit sharing traffic exchanges. This means that 100 percent of the sites profits are returned to the members each month. Please see #4 Payments for how this is done.

1. BluFrog Network User Accounts
1.1 You may only possess one account with your IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in a ban.

1.2 You are responsible for securing your password. Your password is stored in our database and encrypted. If your account is found to be hacked, we are not held responsible. You may request your password via email if you lose it.

1.3 You may only use one IP to view the available ads within a 24 hour period. Any attempt to view ads in different IPs will result in a ban.

1.4 Your email will not be rented/sold/given to third parties. You will only receive emails from us to update or inform you of any changes to the website. You may only opt out of receiving these emails by going to your account and deleting it.

1.5 BluFrog Network accounts are non-transferable.

1.6 BluFrog Network Admin will not change user information upon request of the user. You must do so in your account preferences.

1.7 You must be 18 years of age or over to be a member of any BluFrog Network site.


2. Referrals
2.1 You may have all the referrals in the world if you have the power to do so.

2.2 Each and every one of your referrals must have a unique Paypal email address. If two of the same Paypal email addresses are found, both accounts will be banned.

2.3 You must not gain referrals by using false information or spam. Doing so will result in a ban.

2.4 There is currently no return policy for inactive referrals.

2.5 A referral will not be able to see nor change who has referred them.


3. Cheating Policy
3.1 If you attempt to hack our system in any way, we will know about it and track it down.

3.2 We log the user who has hacked, or attempted to hack, our system and make note of it when the user requests payout.

3.3 We will not email you once we have banned your account. If you email us asking us why we banned you, we will give you an explanation.

3.4 If you have failed the cheat check in excess of 5 times, your account will be suspended for 30 days. The second time your account will be deleted.


4. BluFrog Network Payments
4.1 All payments are made via Paypal and no other payment method is being used at this time.

4.2 You must manually request for payment to be processed. You must accumulate at least $20 before payment will be issued.

4.3 Payouts are based on the income that the site makes each month. Account earnings are not actual earnings, they are simply a basis to decide what you've earned, depending upon what the site makes. Once a payout request is made, it will be recalculated based on the current value of a dollar at the time of that payout. All payouts start on the 5th and take roughly two weeks for all payments to be made. Members will not be paid early, it takes time to calculate everyone's earnings. The payout rate per click will probably be less then 1 cent per click and it changes each month.

4.4 1/2 of the site earnings go to standard members and 1/2 of the sites earnings go to upgraded members.

4.5 Standard Members calculation of earnings:

(site monthly profit x .5) / (total payment request from standard members) = payout factor
Your payment request is then multiplied by the payout factor to get your payment.
Standard Members should only expect to earn 1 to 2 % of their earning.

4.6 Upgraded Members calculation of earnings:

(site monthly profit x .5) / (total payment request from upgraded members) = payout factor
Your payment request is then multiplied by the payout factor to get your payment.

4.7 All members payment request during a month will be combined into one payment.

4.8 If your payment is less than $1.00, your payment request will be denied and your earnings will be returned to your account.

4.9 Members from China MUST upgrade in order to receive a cash payment. We will check not only the country you fill in on the registration form, but also your IP address. Requesting payments that you are not entitled to is considered cheating and will get your account deleted.


5. BluFrog Network Advertisements
5.1 We accept all types of advertisements except websites that contain any malicious material, frame breakers, adult material, illegal material or redirections. Ads must be in English, ads in other languages will be subject to deletion. We DO NOT accept ads for Linkbucks or PTP4ever. If you place these ads, they will be deleted with no refund of credits. If you place these ads a second time your account will be deleted with no refunds of ANY kind. NO exceptions!

5.2 Affiliates are only allowed to click an advertisement once every 24 hours.


6. Payments to BluFrog Network
6.1 You must only use the links on the website to purchase something from us. We do not accept donations.

6.2 All payments are non-refundable.

6.3 Payments made to all BluFrog Network sites are also confirmed through your Paypal email.

6.4 Every user is bound to a Paypal address. If a payment were to be made with a separate Paypal address, the goods will be sent to the user who owns that Paypal address. If this Paypal address is not present in our records, the payment will not be referenced.


7. Banning Accounts
7.1 We have the right to ban your account for any of the reasons stated above without notice or warning.

7.2 All banned accounts will be confiscated and set back to a 0 balance with 0 referrals.

7.3 Once your account is banned, you may not re-register.

7.4 All inactive accounts will be deleted once inactive for 30 days.


8. Liability
8.1 We own the right to alter this Terms of Service agreement at any time and also hold the right to cancel our services at any time. You MUST agree to our Terms of Service to be a member of Lizard-Ads.

8.2 We will not be held responsible for any user or advertiser. You are all responsible for yourselves.
